By plane - Closest airports are Cardiff Airport (30 minutes), Bristol Airport (1 hour), Birmingham Airport (2 hours), and London Heathrow (2.5 hours).
By bus - The main bus station in Cardiff is Sophia Gardens, not far from the venue. Cardiff University stops are usually closer to the Abacws building.
By train - The Abacws building is located just by the local Cathays train station.
By car - Parking may be limited during the days of the workshop near the venue because it is university graduation week. If coming by car, we would recommend arriving early and/or booking a parking space in advance.

ACCOMMODATION
The venue is close to the city centre, where there is a variety of hotels/hostels/apartments to choose from. The venue is by the Cathays train station and the Cardiff University bus stop, as well as walking distance to Cardiff Central station.
NEW! This year, we also provide options for affordable accommodation (~£50/night) at university student residences close to the venue. Accommodation can be booked for two/three nights here - note that the availability is limited.
